Microsoft’s Connected Experiences for Retail on display at NRF expo

Microsoft will demo new technologies and interactive solutions that help retailers create differentiated and connected experiences for value-driven consumers, and innovate to face changing business needs and customer expectations, at National Retail Federation (NRF) Annual Convention & Expo, New York, on Jan 10–13, 2010, including:

  • Connecting Stores. Featuring dynamic and cost-efficient ways to enhance shopping experience and improve the way retailers interact with customers in store, demos’ll highlight multitouch self-service devices and benefits of a flexible, secure and managed store systems platform.
  • Connecting Commerce will see in action how an interoperable technology platform based on solutions that include Commerce Server 2009 and latest in digital marketing solutions can assist retailers in creating more effective and relevant digital experiences.
  • Connecting the Enterprise will showcase latest in business intelligence (BI) technologies and partner solutions designed to drive greater efficiencies and use, operational BI, and standards-based BI solutions for accelerated implementation.
  • Connecting Retail preview of soon-to-be released Dynamics AX for Retail solution.
