These are all known codecs that you can listen and watch the most popular multimedia formats. To prevent conflicts is recommended to uninstall previous codecs installed. Changes to previous versions can be found here
K-Lite Codec Pack 5.0.0 Basic in its basic version is a free collection of codecs to play most of a multitude of multimedia files. To do this with a single installation, you can select the list of all the codecs you need to install, fully configurable, and according to the selections that you can play certain file types.
